(Tottori Prefecture) is a company primarily engaged in the production and sale of shiitake mushrooms and fresh wood ear mushrooms. They are involved in various initiatives that go beyond traditional agriculture, such as selling a tourist farm and cosmetics utilizing the components of wood ear mushrooms. The company had several concerns regarding mushroom cultivation and production.
